My clients are baby boomer women, who want to tweak their lives to coincide with their desires, generally in the age range of forty to sixty years old that are professionals, many owning their own businesses or running small businesses. There is a passionate nature about them, which is why they are so successful with all that they do. They have come to a point where they want even more, such as a peace of mind that goes with the success. They are looking to have a renewed excellence in their life, and want to embrace new ways of thinking about midlife and determine it is that they need to be successful in this stage of life.

The type of woman that may not do well is one that is not open to change, or unwilling to take care of herself, and unwilling to ask for help.
